Examples of Prayer
Prayer is one of the greatest privileges God has given His people. Throughout Scripture, we see prayer expressed in many different ways: adoration, confession, thanksgiving, lamentation, supplication, intercession, and even wordless prayer. These examples remind us that prayer is not confined to a single formula, but is a living relationship with God in which we can bring every joy, burden, question, and need before Him. The Lord's Prayer
The prayer Jesus taught His disciples, which is a timeless model that guides believers in worship, dependence, confession, forgiveness, and submission to God's will...
““This, then, is how you should pray: “‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.” (Matthew 6:9-13 NIV)

And she made a vow, saying, “Lord Almighty, if you will only look on your servant’s misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the Lord for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head.” As she kept on praying to the Lord, Eli observed her mouth. Hannah was praying in her heart, and her lips were moving but her voice was not heard.” (1 Samuel 1:10-13 NIV)
